文章研究了不同水固比条件下粉煤灰掺量对高水充填材料凝结时间、悬浮性、强度和水化放热量等性能的影响,研制出大掺量粉煤灰高水充填材料,并分析了其经济成本。研究表明:在同一水固比条件下,高水充填材料的凝结时间随着粉煤灰掺量的增加会延长,其强度和反应温升会有所降低,而对析水率和结实率的影响不大。研制的粉煤灰掺量为60%的高水充填材料,在水固比为1∶1时,凝结时间为11 min、1 d和7 d抗压强度分别为2.1MPa、2.8 MPa,其反应温升较对比组(不掺粉煤灰)降低了22.9%,且成本降低了54.6%。
The effect of fly ash content on the setting time, suspensibility, strength and hydration heat release of high-water filling materials under different water-solid ratio conditions was studied in this paper. High-volume fly ash high-water filling materials were developed. Analyzed its economic cost. The results show that under the same condition of water-solid ratio, the setting time of high-water filling material will be prolonged with the increase of fly ash content, and its strength and reaction temperature will decrease. However, Has little effect. When the water-solid ratio is 1: 1, the setting time is 11 min, the compressive strengths at 1 d and 7 d are 2.1 MPa and 2.8 MPa respectively, The temperature rise was 22.9% lower than the control group (without fly ash) and the cost was reduced by 54.6%.
