基于储罐底板声发射在线检测和定位原理,提出了检测技术方案和实施步骤,将参数分析方法和波形分析方法相结合,对发射检测信号进行处理分析,经滤波、聚类,再基于参数相关图分析去除干扰数据,根据各通道有效数据在单位时间内的事件数,以及事件的平均能量进行分级评价,最终获得储罐底板的腐蚀严重程度,可据此给出不同的维护建议。对某公司5000m3原油储罐底板,分别采用声发射在线检测技术和常规开罐漏磁检测技术实施腐蚀情况的检测,2种方法对腐蚀部位的定位具有一致性,验证了声发射检测技术应用于储罐底板在线检测的可靠性。
Based on the principle of on-line acoustic emission detection of tank floor and its location, this paper proposes a scheme of detection technology and its implementation steps. The parameters analysis method and waveform analysis method are combined to process and analyze the emission detection signal. After filtering and clustering, The figure shows the removal of interference data, grading and evaluation according to the number of events per unit time of effective data in the unit time and the average energy of events, and finally the corrosion severity of the tank bottom can be obtained. Different maintenance suggestions can be given accordingly. In a company 5000m3 crude oil storage tank floor, respectively, the use of acoustic emission on-line detection technology and conventional open-can magnetic flux leakage detection technology to detect corrosion conditions, the two methods of corrosion site positioning consistent with the verification of acoustic emission detection technology used in Tank floor online testing of reliability.
