针对当前大学公共英语教师科研能力发展的问题,该文汇报一项跟踪某高校教师学习共同体中十位教师的个案研究,旨在通过分析由参与式观察、深度访谈、反思日志等方法收集的质性数据,运用叙事研究的方法,探究该组大学公共英语教师在学习共同体的构建与互动中作为教师研究者的成长过程。
In response to the current problem of the development of university public English teachers’ ability in research, the paper reports on a case study of ten teachers following a teacher-learning community in colleges and universities. The purpose of this article is to analyze the quality of the teachers collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, Data, the use of narrative methods to explore the University of public English teachers in the learning community in the construction and interaction as a teacher researcher’s growth process.
