在党中央关于进行全面经济体制改革精神鼓舞下,我院师生以改革为动力,深入贯彻中央关于科技工作“面向依靠”的战略方针,促进和加速了科研工作的进程.一九八四年度,我院承担了大量的不同类别的科研项目,其中包括国家攻关项目14项.部属项目21项、科学基金项目54项.在广大师生、科研管理人员和有关单位的协作配合下,都取得了可喜的进展.在所承担的14项攻关课题中,除了个别项目因特殊原因外,各个项目均按计划顺利完成,将有75%的项目于1985年最终完成.部属21个科研项目中,已完成待评审及按期于1985年完成的占项目数的86%.其他项目也均按计划和协议顺利进行.在已有项目结束的同时,又及时组织新的项目上马.根据部下达任务,正在进行的“秦巴重大基础地质矿产预测研究”已经
