声光调制器的频移误差影响多普勒雷达系统的速度精确测量值。为了分析多普勒雷达系统中声光调制器的频移误差,利用自外差的方法研究了声光调制器中声场和光频相互作用而产生的固定频移,通过统计的方法研究了在不同(但恒定)声场驱动频率下声光作用产生的频移误差。实验结果表明:该声光调制器在多普勒雷达系统中所产生的频移误差小于0.61MHz,即对于1064nm波长,多普勒速度测量误差小于0.3m/s。对多普勒精确测量系统误差分析研究有一定的参考价值。
The frequency-shift error of the acousto-optic modulator affects the speed-accurate measurement of the Doppler radar system. In order to analyze the frequency shift error of the acousto-optic modulator in the Doppler radar system, the self-heterodyning method is used to study the fixed frequency shift caused by the interaction between the acoustic field and the optical frequency in the acousto-optic modulator. By means of statistical method, (But constant) frequency-shift error due to the acousto-optic effect at the driving frequency of the sound field. The experimental results show that the error of frequency shift produced by the acousto-optic modulator in Doppler radar system is less than 0.61MHz, that is, the error of Doppler velocity measurement is less than 0.3m / s for 1064nm wavelength. It has certain reference value to the error analysis of Doppler accurate measurement system.
