目的:建立顶空进样-气相色谱法测定牛奶中硫氰酸盐的方法。方法:牛奶样品中的SCN-经过处理,在顶空瓶内进行反应生成CNCl;用气相色谱DB-5毛细管柱分离,电子捕获检测器检测,保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果:本法在0.04 mg/L~1.2 mg/L浓度范围内呈良好线性,方法检出限为3.6μg/kg,平均加标回收率98.0%~100.5%。结论:该方法灵敏、快速、简便,适用于牛奶产品中硫氰酸盐的检测。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of thiocyanate in milk by headspace injection - gas chromatography. Methods: SCN in milk samples were processed and reacted in headspace bottles to generate CNCl. The samples were separated on a gas chromatography DB-5 capillary column and detected by electron capture detector. The retention time was qualitative and the external standard method was used for quantification. Results: The method was linear in the range of 0.04 mg / L to 1.2 mg / L. The detection limit was 3.6 μg / kg. The average recovery was 98.0% -100.5%. Conclusion: The method is sensitive, rapid and simple, suitable for the detection of thiocyanate in milk products.
