建立了25%烟嘧磺隆·莠去津·麦草畏可分散油悬浮剂的HPLC分析方法。流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.3%磷酸水(v∶v∶v=30∶30∶40),流速1.0 m L/min,使用C18柱,紫外检测器,检测波长239 nm,外标法对烟嘧磺隆、莠去津、麦草畏进行定量分析。所建立方法,烟嘧磺隆、莠去津、麦草畏标准偏差分别为0.029、0.073和0.068,相对标准偏差为0.96%、0.49%和0.97%,平均添加回收率为99.53%、100.42%和99.68%,线性相关系数分别为0.999 97、0.999 96和0.999 92。该HPLC法具有简便、快速、精密度和准确度高、线性关系好的特点,可作为生产企业产品质量的控制方法。
A HPLC method was developed for the determination of 25% nicosulfuron / atrazine / dicamba dispersible oil suspensions. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-0.3% phosphoric acid water (v:v:v = 30:30:40) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min using a C18 column with UV detector at a detection wavelength of 239 nm.
