通过继代保藏法、超低温冰箱保藏法、滤纸保藏法,对武陵山区香菇、野生香菇、凤尾菇、粗腿羊肚菌、美味牛肝菌5种菌种保藏试验,结果表明,短时间保藏用不同保藏方法对香菇、凤尾菇、野生香菇的萌发率和性状无明显影响,用继代保藏法较好;粗腿羊肚菌菌种在两种保藏方法中萌发率受明显影响,不易进行保藏;美味牛肝菌固体菌种保藏效果不明显;滤纸保藏法保藏的美味牛肝菌液体菌种无结果,需要长时间的试验。
