当企业进入高速发展期,人才的快速培养就成为企业亟待解决的核心问题。本文旨以企业组织、机制、资源、运作四个层面,提出提高企业人才培养能力的相关策略,即明确人才培养战略与业务定位、优化培训组织架构与职责分工、健全各类人员的牵引激励机制以及优化培训运作与流程实施。
When the enterprise enters a period of rapid development, the rapid cultivation of qualified personnel has become a key issue to be solved urgently by enterprises. In this paper, we propose strategies to improve the talent cultivation ability of enterprises based on the four aspects of organization, mechanism, resources and operation. That is, we clarify the strategy and business orientation of personnel training, optimize the organizational structure and responsibilities division of training, and improve the traction incentive mechanism As well as optimize training operations and process implementation.
