Bi系氧化物超导体原料粉末经800℃、12小时的焙烧后,碳酸盐分解较完全,这对高温烧结制备致密、高Tc相超导体是十分必要的。Bi系氧化物超导体在850~880℃的高温烧结过程很稳定,没有热重差热变化。在试验中已制得了零电阻分别为85~90K和105~110K的Bi系高Tc氧化物超导体。
Bi-based oxide superconductor powder calcined at 800 ℃ for 12 hours, the decomposition of carbonate is more complete, which is very necessary for high density sintering and high Tc phase superconductor. The Bi-based oxide superconductors are very stable at high temperatures of 850-880 ° C without any difference in thermal and thermal properties.
