我国医院管理学界为了探求改善医疗保健机构的工作,需要对国外医院管理方面的经验与教训加以介绍,本刊做为《国外医学》系列的一个分支,转达国外有关医院管理方面进展的信息,正是我们的主要任务。由于文化上的差异,将别人习用的语言翻译成适当的中文,有时是十分困难的。鉴于任何词语都只代表某种涵义,只要约定俗成有共同的理解,并不一定需要强求“确切”;但如能在介绍的早期,把一些单词或短语给以较好妥切的表达,可能对今后文献翻译带来很多便利,也会减少一些误解。为此,我们开辟这一专栏,对某些常用单词或短语的译法进行斟酌,供诸同道参考,欢迎大家参加讨论。
In order to seek to improve the work of the health care institutions, the Chinese hospital management academic community needs to introduce the experience and lessons of foreign hospital management. This publication is a branch of the “Foreign Medicine” series and conveys information on the progress of hospital management abroad. It is our main task. Due to cultural differences, it is sometimes difficult to translate the language used by others into appropriate Chinese. Since any word only represents a certain meaning, as long as the common understanding has been agreed, it does not necessarily require “exactness”; but if you can introduce some words or phrases in the early stage of the introduction, you may be able to express better. The translation of documents in the future will bring many conveniences and will reduce some misunderstandings. To this end, we have opened up this column and examined the translation of certain commonly used words or phrases for reference by all fellow practitioners. Welcome everyone to the discussion.
