目的:建立复方对乙酰氨基酚片中阿司匹林含量的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为四氢呋喃-冰醋酸-乙腈-水(5:5:20:70),流速为1.0mL/min,柱温:40℃,测定波长为276nm。结果:平均回收率为98.50%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.80%,阿司匹林的线性范围为10~300μg/mL,系统精密度为0.50%。结论:用HPLC测定复方对乙酰氨基酚片中阿司匹林的含量可以用于复方对乙酰氨基酚片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of aspirin in acetaminophen tablets. Methods: The column was Agilent C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of tetrahydrofuran-glacial acetic acid-acetonitrile-water (5: 5: 20: 70) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min, column temperature: 40 ℃, the measurement wavelength of 276nm. Results: The average recovery was 98.50%, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.80%, the linear range of aspirin was 10 ~ 300μg / mL and the system precision was 0.50%. Conclusion: The determination of aspirin in acetaminophen tablets by HPLC can be used for the quality control of acetaminophen tablets.
