本文主要采用行动研究,将系统论等原理、操作行为主义等理论与跳跃教材的内容与教学有机结合;根据动作熟练度发展序列模型建构低年级跳跃单元的基本内容;整合上海市体育与健身学科课程与美国SPARK课程的优秀元素,对小学低年级跳跃教材进行了重构,丰满了教学内容,促进了学生的体能发展。
In this paper, action research is mainly used to systematically combine the theory of system theory and operational behaviorism with the content of teaching materials and teaching; to construct the basic content of the low-level jumping unit according to the sequence of action proficiency; to integrate the contents of Shanghai’s sports and fitness disciplines Curriculum and the United States SPARK excellent elements of the curriculum, the primary school lower grades jumping textbook has been rebuilt, full of teaching content, and promote the physical development of students.
