研究了新显色剂5-(5,7-二溴-8-喹啉偶氮)-2,3-二羟基吡啶(DBQADHP)与钴(Ⅱ)的显色反应。实验结果表明:在pH9.0的缓冲体系中,显色剂与钴(Ⅱ)发生灵敏显色反应,形成绿色配合物,其最大吸收波长位于670nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为7.6×104L·mol-1·cm-1,钴量在0~6μg/25mL范围内遵守比尔定律。方法应用于维生素B12中痕量钴的测定,结果满意。
The color reaction of 5- (5,7-dibromo-8-quinolinylazo) -2,3-dihydroxypyridine (DBQADHP) with cobalt (Ⅱ) was studied. The experimental results showed that the color reagent reacted with cobalt (Ⅱ) in pH9.0 buffer system to form a green complex with the maximum absorption wavelength at 670nm and the apparent molar absorptivity of 7.6 × 104L · mol -1 · cm-1, and Beer’s law was obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 6μg / 25mL. The method was applied to the determination of trace cobalt in vitamin B12 with satisfactory results.
