美尼尔氏病系内耳膜迷路发生积水,呈突发性旋转性眩晕,是前庭系统功能紊乱的反应。半个多世纪以来,诱发性眼震时间的长短,一直被用作衡量前庭功能敏感度的标准,至于眼震的其他表现常被忽视。有些作者认为眼球震颤时间不能充分表达前庭敏感度。笔者于1976~1980年,对健康青年组100名与美尼尔氏病组30名进行了温度试验,由于方法简便、应用方便,具有一定临床价值,现将检查结果报道如下。方法与结果按Banany’s氏法,应用20℃与42℃的二种不同水温进行双耳交替试验(见下表),同时还进行了前庭重震试验,应用18℃、30℃、44℃三种不同水温,观察了强刺激与弱刺激
