实验研究了湿空气在泡沫金属内流动析湿过程的传热传质特性,得出了不同因素的影响规律。研究结果表明,随着入口空气相对湿度、温度和速度的增加,总换热量增加,且空气温度的影响比较明显;当入口空气温度由25℃增大到35℃时,换热量最大可增加82%;随着冷却水温度升高,潜热和显热换热量均减小,且潜热换热量降低幅度更大。与同体积的开窗翅片管式换热器相比,析湿工况下泡沫金属换热器内的湿空气换热量提高40%~112%。1
The heat and mass transfer characteristics of wet air in the process of wetting and desorbing the foam metal were experimentally studied, and the influence laws of different factors were obtained.
