不同形态氮素对菹草响应Cd胁迫的影响

为研究不同形态氮素NO~-_3-N和NH~+_4-N在镉(Cd)胁迫下植物生长发育的影响机制,以多年生植物菹草(石芽)为试验材料,就不同形态氮处理后菹草在Cd胁迫下的可溶性蛋白、MDA、H_2O_2、O■、SOD、POD、CAT的含量进行测定分析。结果显示:添加Cd后,菹草根茎叶明显受到胁迫,NH~+_4-N和NO~-_3-N均缓解了Cd对菹草的胁迫,同时,相比于NH~+_4-N+Cd组,NO~-
