目的探讨CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg细胞在哮喘变应原雾化吸入减敏治疗的作用。方法粉尘螨和屋尘螨点刺阳性的支气管哮喘患者随机分为A组(常规治疗)和B组(变应原吸入减敏),各20例。B组雾化吸入特异性变应原,A组雾化吸入以生理盐水代替,两组给予相同的基础治疗。治疗前、后用流式细胞术(FCM)检测外周血中CD4+CD25+Foxp3+T细胞占CD4+T细胞比例;进行哮喘控制评分和肺功能、气道反应性测定。结果治疗后B组ACT评分高于A组,两组肺功能均有明显增加。B组支气管激发试验转阴率明显高于A组。B组外周血中CD4+CD25+Foxp3+T细胞占CD4+T细胞比例较A组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论 CD4+CD25+Foxp3+T细胞在变应原雾化吸入减敏防治支气管哮喘中发挥免疫调节作用。
Objective To investigate the role of CD4 + CD25 + Foxp3 + Treg cells in anti-allergic nebulization of asthma allergens. Methods A total of 20 patients with bronchial asthma who were positive for dust mite and house dust mite were randomly divided into group A (conventional treatment) and group B (allergen inhalation desensitization). Group B inhalation of specific allergen inhalation, inhalation group A saline instead, two groups given the same basic treatment. Before and after treatment, the percentage of CD4 + CD25 + Foxp3 + T cells in CD4 + T cells in peripheral blood was detected by flow cytometry (FCM); the score of asthma control, lung function and airway reactivity were measured. Results After treatment, the ACT score in group B was higher than that in group A, and the pulmonary function in both groups was significantly increased. B group bronchial provocation test was significantly higher than the A group. The ratio of CD4 + CD25 + Foxp3 + T cells to CD4 + T cells in group B was significantly higher than that in group A (P <0.05). Conclusion CD4 + CD25 + Foxp3 + T cells play an immunomodulatory role in the prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma by allergen inhalation.
