Claims work is a difficult task that combines professionalism, experience, principle and risk. It is an important means of controlling risks and promises of policy promises. The enhancement of claims settlement service is an effective way to establish the corporate image, create the life brand and improve the competitive strength. Therefore, the quality of claims directly affect the company’s economic efficiency and customer’s fullness.
