苗木的营养繁殖,无论是插条、插根,还是嫁接繁殖,都需要一定的外界环境条件,即温度、水分、光照和通气等条件。它们对环境条件的需求,虽因树种的不同而有异;但对上述因子的反应却存在着共性。也就是说,温、水、光、气等任何一个都不可缺少或失调,否则就会阻碍苗木营养繁殖的正常进行,甚而导致失败。以插条繁殖为例,插穗在生根以前,主要依靠插穗下端切口吸收水分,同时依靠插穗本身贮藏的营养物质维持生活,并供应新生组织的形成和生根、发芽对营养的需要。如果从扦插到生根、发芽这期间环境失调,就可能造成插条干枯、腐烂或死亡。因此,正确地、有效地创造和控制适宜的环境条件,对苗木营养繁殖的成败至关重要。
Vegetative propagation of seedlings, whether it is cuttings, inserted roots, or grafted reproduction, require some external environmental conditions, namely, temperature, moisture, light and ventilation and other conditions. Their demand for environmental conditions varies from tree species to species, but there is commonality in their response to these factors. In other words, temperature, water, light, gas and any other indispensable or out of tune, otherwise it will hinder the normal nursery vegetative reproduction, and even lead to failure. Taking cuttings propagation as an example, cuttings mainly rely on the incision at the lower end of the cuttings to absorb water before they take root. At the same time, cuttings depend on the nutrients stored in the cuttings to maintain their life. They also provide for the formation and rooting of new tissue and the need for germination. If cuttings to rooting, germination during this period of environmental disorders, it may cause dry cuttings, decay or death. Therefore, the proper and effective creation and control of suitable environmental conditions are crucial for the success of seedling vegetative propagation.
