DNA纳米技术作为高度学科交叉的研究领域,涉及生命科学、化学、物理、材料科学以及纳米技术等众多领域,近年来成为国际的前沿热点研究方向。基于DNA自组装技术,人们构建了一系列分子器件和材料。DNA超分子水凝胶作为一种智能响应性的材料,具有潜在的生物医学应用前景。本文综述了近年来该材料代表性的组装策略、响应性质和应用研究。
As a highly interdisciplinary research field, DNA nanotechnology has been widely applied in many fields such as life sciences, chemistry, physics, materials science and nanotechnology. In recent years, DNA nanotechnology has become a hot frontier research field in the world. Based on DNA self-assembly technology, people have constructed a series of molecular devices and materials. As a kind of intelligent responsive material, DNA supramolecular hydrogels have potential applications in biomedicine. This article summarizes the representative assembly strategies, response properties and applications of this material in recent years.
