国企下岗职工这一我国改革进程中特有的庞大失业群体中有着一群相对特殊的群体,他们便是“4050”再就业困难人员。由于其自身的某些局限和社会环境的普遍排斥,他们在劳动力市场上甚为艰难。其再就业关乎社会稳定、家庭健康发展等诸多方面。社区就业,为他们提供了再就业的途径。本文在此背景下将尝试着探索社会工作者在促进“4050”再就业困难人员社区就业中可发挥的作用与角色定位。
The laid-off workers of state-owned enterprises, a unique group of large unemployed people in the process of our country’s reform, have a relatively special group of people who are in difficulty in re-employment. Because of some of their own limitations and the general exclusion of the social environment, they are very difficult in the labor market. Re-employment related to social stability, family health and many other aspects. Community employment provides them with a re-employment channel. In this context, this article attempts to explore the role and role that social workers can play in promoting “4050 ” reemployment difficulties in community employment.
