Implementing hospital-level management is a major reform of the hospital management system in our country and an important practice in building a socialist hospital with Chinese characteristics. Based on the 1991 pilot project, Jiangsu Province continued to expand the pilot in 1992. Our institute was designated as an extension pilot unit and passed the second-level review at the end of 1993. As a functional department of hospital education management, how to adapt to the above changes and correctly understand the relationship between hierarchical management and continuing education?
