目的 构建军队环境性急症标准急救流程及检核表,为全军开展相关急症系统化、标准化培训提供参考.方法 基于循证理念ADAPTE法,借鉴标准急救流程构建形式,草拟环境性急症标准急救流程及检核表,经专家书面评审与专家现场会议论证完成构建.结果 本研究界定“中暑”、“淹溺”、“海蜇蛰伤”、“蛇咬伤”、“雷电击伤”、“冻伤”、“高原病”七种军队高发高危环境性急症病种,并构建完成一套标准急救流程及检核表.结论 本研究构建的标准急救流程及检核表具有一定的科学性和可行性,建议尝试将其应用于基层卫生队伍中,或可高效提升基层医务人员的相关病种认知水平及处置能力,保护战斗力.“,”Objective Environmental trauma is one of the most frequent diseases that lead to a high casualty of the military personnel during the war time or in the military operation,so it is important to scientifically prevent or treat it so as to reduce the mortality or disability rate. The purpose of the study was to develop a Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) with the corresponding Checklist which might improve treatment level among the military medical staff. Methods Focus group discussion has been conducted to define the common environmental trauma. Then a draft edition of the SOP and Checklist was put forward based on the evidence-based theory, ADAPTE methodology. The final SOP and Checklist were established after the revision of written assessment and live demonstration meeting. Results Seven common environmental trauma have been defined in this paper: heat-related illness, drowning, snake-bite, jellyfish sting, frostbite, thunder or electric injury and altitude sickness. With the help of the panel experts, the SOP and Checklist were formulated. Conclusion A Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) with the corresponding Checklist has been formulated in this paper to treat the common environmental traumas. It should be concluded that the self-designed SOP and Checklist is beneficial to enhance knowledge of environmental trauma, improving the success rate of treating illness in Grassroot Troops.
