为帮助广大地磁台站和分析预报人员提高对磁暴的识别和分析能力,掌握测量 K 指数的新方法,国家地震局科技监测司、杭州培训中心于1988年11月13—28日在杭州联合举办了磁暴学习班。为使磁暴分析与 K 指数测量方法规范化,在此期间还安排了二天会议进行分析技术交流活动。由于培训中心的大力支持、教员们的辛勤劳动以及全体学员的努力,历时14天的学习班以丰硕的教学成果圆满结束,基本上达到了“坚持重概念、重实际应用、严格要求、讲究实效”的办班宗旨。本学习班实到学员57名(计划50名),其中86%的学员来自Ⅰ、Ⅱ类基本地磁台和部分区域台,他们中多数同志多年从事地磁观测与
