应用半定量RT PCR技术研究人胚肺 (HEL)细胞HOX基因的表达状态及人类巨细胞病毒 (HCMV)感染对HEL细胞HOX基因表达的影响。结果发现 :HEL细胞表达HOXB7基因 ;HCMV感染后 ,其表达上调 ;用全反式维甲酸 (ATRA)处理HEL细胞 ,HCMV对HOXB7基因表达的上调作用更强。提示HCMV可能通过影响HOXB7基因的表达导致胚胎发育畸形。
The expression of HOX gene in human embryo lung (HEL) cells and the effect of human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) infection on HOX gene expression in HEL cells were studied by semi-quantitative RT-PCR. The results showed that: HEL cells expressed HOXB7 gene; HCMV infection, the expression was up-regulated; HEL cells were treated with all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA), HCMV up-regulated HOXB7 gene expression. It is suggested that HCMV may cause embryonic developmental deformity by affecting the expression of HOXB7 gene.
