分别研究了硫黄硫化体系中硫黄和TMTD用量对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)/三元尼龙(PA)硫化胶的硫化特性、力学性能、耐热空气老化性能和耐油性能的影响。结果表明,随着硫化剂用量的增大,EPDM/PA胶料的M_H-M_L值增大,100%定伸应力有所提高,而拉断伸长率和拉断永久变形呈下降趋势;热空气老化后,100%定伸应力和硬度值均增大,拉断伸长率和永久变形值均减小,浸油后的质量变化率和体积变化率均呈下降趋势。
The effects of sulfur and TMTD dosage on the vulcanization, mechanical properties, heat aging resistance and oil resistance of EPDM / ternary nylon (PA) vulcanizates were studied respectively. The results show that the M_H-M_L value of EPDM / PA rubber increases with the increase of the amount of vulcanizing agent, while the 100% modulus increases, while the tensile elongation at break and permanent set at break show a decreasing trend. After air aging, the 100% modulus and hardness increase, the elongation at break and the permanent set value decrease, and the mass change rate and volume change rate decrease after oil immersion.
