传统观念认为非正式组织完全是消极的东西,对集体只有负面作用。但在实际的工作和生活中,人们又会为了某种利益拉帮结派、搞小群体。目前,国有企业管理者对企业内部的非正式组织不够重视,态度也不明确。本文以石油类企业为例,分析企业内部存在的各种非正式组织.并对其中的历史型非正式组织及其管理展开研究。
The traditional view that informal organizations are completely negative things, only a negative effect on the collective. However, in actual work and life, people will pull aside gangs and engage in small groups for some interests.
