结合NVST和旋流板的特点提出了一种新型塔板———气液并流侧喷式塔板 ,以空气 /水体系测试其流体力学性能。实验证明这种塔板压降和雾沫夹带比NVST小 ,而提升量比NVST大得多 ,是一种很有应用前景的塔板。
Based on the characteristics of NVST and swirl plate, a new type of plate - gas-liquid side-jet plate was proposed. Its hydrodynamic performance was tested by air / water system. Experiments show that the tray pressure drop and mist entrainment is smaller than NVST, and the lift is much larger than NVST, which is a promising tray.
