用k-ε模型及SIMPLE算法对双侧进气突扩燃烧室的进气道及主燃室进行了冷态流场数值模拟,分别对主燃室和进气道进行了二维模拟及三维模拟;燃烧室的突扩比为1.1。计算结果表明:在进气道的预燃室旋流器后方形成了一个细长的中心回流区,回流区延伸到预燃室外的主燃室中,主燃室在头部有一个小回流区,在进口处也有一个极小的回流区。研究结果表明,主燃烧室中现有回流区尺寸及强度不能满足火焰稳定的要求,须进一步采取其他措施以改进火焰稳定。
The k-ε model and the SIMPLE algorithm were used to simulate the cold flow field in the inlet and main chamber of the double-inlet sudden expansion combustor. Two-dimensional simulation and three-dimensional Simulation; combustion chamber sudden expansion ratio of 1.1. The calculation results show that a slender central recirculation zone is formed behind the pre-combustion chamber swirler in the intake passage, and the recirculation zone extends to the main combustion chamber outside the pre-combustion chamber. The main combustion chamber has a small recirculation zone There is also a very small reflow zone at the entrance. The results show that the size and strength of the existing recirculation zone in the main combustion chamber can not meet the requirements of flame stabilization, and other measures need to be taken to improve flame stability.
