作者利用细菌培养技术,在离体牙上产生早期牙釉质龋样损害,通过偏光显微镜和扫描电镜对龋损进行了病理学研究。结果表明,该技术能真实地模拟龋病的发生过程,其破坏方式和病理改变与自然龋损极为相似。观察发现,在龋损过程中,牙釉质表层的相对完整层的超微结构已经发生改变,表层釉质中的釉柱破坏、溶解产生小孔隙,这可能是龋损深入的重要途径。
The authors used bacterial culture techniques to produce early enamel-like lesions in isolated teeth and pathological studies of the lesions using polarized light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the technology can truly simulate the occurrence of caries, its destruction and pathological changes and the natural carious lesions are very similar. It was observed that during the process of carious lesions, the ultrastructure of the relatively intact layer of enamel surface has changed. The enamel layer in the enamel surface is destroyed and small pores are dissolved, which may be an important way for carious lesions.
