在往复式摩擦磨损试验机上研究了含超细颗粒固液二相流对部分稳定二氧化锆 (PSZ)陶瓷与GCr15钢滑动副的摩擦磨损性能的影响。选择 90 # 机械油和QC30汽机油为基础油 ,分别加入五种超细固体颗粒 ,配制出不同浓度的2 0种油样 ,分别在 16℃和 10 0℃温度下进行试验。结果表明 :超细固体颗粒添加剂的用量、试验温度和基础油都影响陶瓷与钢滑动副的摩擦磨损性能。对超细颗粒添加剂的润滑机理进行了初步探讨。
The effects of ultrafine particle solid-liquid two-phase flow on the friction and wear properties of partially stabilized zirconia (PSZ) ceramics and GCr15 steel sliding pairs were studied on a reciprocating friction and wear tester. Select 90 # mechanical oil and QC30 motor oil as base oil, respectively, adding five kinds of ultrafine solid particles, prepared in different concentrations of 20 kinds of oil samples, respectively, at 16 ℃ and 10 ℃ temperature test. The results show that the amount of ultrafine solid particles, the test temperature and the base oil all affect the friction and wear properties of ceramic and steel sliding pairs. The lubricating mechanism of ultrafine particle additive is discussed preliminarily.
