目的:了解攀枝花地区早市蔬菜及其土壤中V、Zn、Cr、Cu、Se等微量元素含量,为产品营养价值评定提供依据。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)测定攀枝花地区部分早市蔬菜可食部分、叶面、土壤中V、Zn、Cr、Cu、Se等微量元素的含量。结果:攀枝花地区土壤中V、Zn、Cr、Cu含量丰富,但缺Se严重。早市蔬菜叶面微量元素含量普遍高于可食部分。结论:攀枝花地区早市蔬菜营养价值较高,应加大早市蔬菜叶面产品开发研究。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the contents of trace elements such as V, Zn, Cr, Cu, Se and other trace elements in vegetable and its soil in Panzhihua morning market and provide the basis for the evaluation of nutritional value of products. Methods: The contents of trace elements such as V, Zn, Cr, Cu and Se in edible parts, foliage and soils of vegetables in some morning markets of Panzhihua were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). Results: The content of V, Zn, Cr and Cu in the soil of Panzhihua was rich, but the lack of Se was serious. Morning Market vegetable leaf surface trace elements generally higher than the edible part. Conclusion: The vegetables in Panzhihua Morning Market are of higher nutritional value, and the development of vegetable leaf products in morning market should be strengthened.
