目的:研究舌癌细胞系Tca8113以及该细胞系在裸鼠体内脑转移细胞亚系(Tb)的凝集素受体和一些癌基因及抑癌基因蛋白的表达特点,探讨可能与Tb细胞转移有关的机理。方法:对Tca8113细胞及Tb细胞亚系的细胞涂片进行常规ABC法染色。结果:P53、P16和CDK4蛋白在两种细胞中的表达情况不同,而Nm23、H-ras蛋白和各种凝集素在两种细胞中的表达情况无明显差别。结论:P53和P16蛋白可能与Tb细胞的转移能力有关
AIM: To investigate the expression of lectin receptor, some oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes in tongue cancer cell line Tca8113 and the cell line of brain metastasis in human nude mice, and to explore the possible relationship between Tca8113 and Tb cell metastasis mechanism. Methods: The cell smears of Tca8113 cells and Tb cell sublines were stained by conventional ABC method. Results: The expressions of P53, P16 and CDK4 proteins in two kinds of cells were different. However, the expressions of Nm23, H-ras proteins and various lectins were not significantly different between the two cells. Conclusion: P53 and P16 proteins may be related to the metastasis of Tb cells
