“培训需求”这一概念对于国内培训同行来说是一个比较模糊的字眼。笔者自1986年以来,一直从事美国的“ISD”培训方法的翻译、吸收、实施工作。“ISD”法即为培训“教学系统开发”法,它与”MES”法一样强调对培训需求的分析。经过几年的实践,笔者认为不进行“培训需求”的调查分析就不可能进行有效的培训,培训人员的努力就没有明显的效果,对企业的生产就起不到促进作用。在此,笔者想同全国的同行讨论以下两个问题:培训需求的概念、培训需求的分析。
The notion of “training needs” is a vague term for domestic training peers. Since 1986, I have been engaged in the translation, absorption and implementation of “ISD” training methods in the United States. The “ISD” law is to train the “teaching system development” law, which, like the “MES” law, emphasizes the analysis of training needs. After several years of practice, I believe that without the “training needs” of the survey analysis can not be effective training, training of staff no obvious effect on the production of enterprises will not play a catalytic role. Here, I would like to discuss with the country’s counterparts the following two issues: the concept of training needs, training needs analysis.
