本文介绍了天津某钢厂耐火混凝土的设计要求,探讨了硅酸盐耐火混凝土的配合比设计和耐火性能。研究结果表明:通过添加引气剂、纤维和水泥复配技术,在满足其力学性能的前提下,其耐火极限可以达到1小时;通过对过火前后混凝土表面粉末的XRD分析,探讨了影响耐火时间的原因,对如何提高硅酸盐耐火混凝土进行了积极的研究。
This paper introduces the design requirements of refractory concrete in a steel plant in Tianjin and discusses the mix design and fire resistance of silicate refractory concrete. The results show that: by adding air-entraining agent, fiber and cement compounding technology, under the premise of meeting its mechanical properties, the fire resistance limit can reach 1 hour.
