苦菜对小鼠尼古丁戒断症状和神经递质含量的影响

苦菜[Ieris chinxensis(Thunb.)Nakai,又称为中华苦荬菜、山苦菜],是菊科苦荬菜属植物[1]。在我国多地区广泛分布,野生资源丰富。中华苦荬菜化学成分复杂,含有多种愈创木烷型倍半萜内酯类化合物和三萜类化合物[2-4]。苦菜含有多种营养成分,性寒味苦,全草可入药,民间常作为野菜食用,具有解热、镇痛、消炎等作用。现代药理研究表明,其还有抗烟碱、抗氧化、抗病毒、抗白血病及降低血脂和胆固醇等作用[5-6]。 Bitter [Ieris chinxensis (Thunb.) Nakai, also known as Chinese bitter ramen, mountain bitter vegetables], is Compositae spermary [1]. Widely distributed in many areas of our country, rich in wild resources. Chinese bitter cabbage chemical composition is complex, with a variety of guaiacane type sesquiterpene lactones and triterpenoids [2-4]. Bitter herbs contain a variety of nutrients, cold bitter taste, the whole grass can be used as medicine, folk often as wild food, with antipyretic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory effect. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that it also has anti-nicotine, anti-oxidation, anti-virus, anti-leukemia and reduce blood lipids and cholesterol [5-6].
