目的 探讨富含单不饱和脂肪酸的茶油对梗阻性黄疸大鼠的心脏保护作用。方法 制备大鼠梗阻性黄疸模型 ,运用血清酶学、病理组织学和形态定量学方法研究喂饲茶油对心肌细胞形态和功能的作用。结果 茶油能明显改善梗阻性黄疸大鼠营养状况 ;明显降低血清总胆红素 (TB)、直接胆红素 (DB)、谷丙转氨酶 (GPT)和谷草转氨酶 (GOT)的水平 ;增强心肌细胞线粒体内琥珀酸脱氢酶 (SDH)的活性 ;在一定程度上保持心肌细胞线粒体膜、核膜和肌丝结构的完整性。结论 茶油无论在形态上或功能上对梗阻性黄疸大鼠心脏均有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the cardioprotective effects of tea oil enriched in monounsaturated fatty acids on obstructive jaundice rats. Methods Rat obstructive jaundice model was established. Serum enzyme, histopathological and morphometric methods were used to study the effect of feeding tea oil on the morphology and function of cardiomyocytes. Results Tea oil can significantly improve the nutritional status of rats with obstructive jaundice, significantly reduce the levels of serum total bilirubin (TB), direct bilirubin (DB), alanine aminotransferase (GPT) and aspartate aminotransferase (GOT) Cell mitochondria succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) activity; to some extent, to maintain myocardial cell mitochondrial membrane, nuclear membrane and myofilament structural integrity. Conclusion Tea oil has a protective effect on the heart of rats with obstructive jaundice both in morphology and function.
