通过SEM、TEM、EDS等实验技术研究NM400钢板在200~600℃回火1 h后的组织、表面硬度、磨损量随回火温度的变化规律。结果表明:NM400钢板硬度、耐磨能力随回火温度升高而降低,在400~450℃由于合金元素析出的强化作用,下降较平稳;淬火态组织为马氏体,450℃以下回火后转变成回火马氏体,随回火温度升高,相邻马氏体板条合并的现象明显,导致钢板表面硬度下降。
The microstructure, surface hardness and wear rate of NM400 steel after tempering at 200-600 ℃ for 1 h were studied by SEM, TEM, EDS and other experimental techniques. The results show that the hardness and wear resistance of NM400 steel decrease with the increase of tempering temperature and decrease smoothly at 400-450 ℃ due to the strengthening effect of alloying elements precipitation. The quenched microstructure is martensite and after tempering at 450 ℃ Transformed into tempered martensite, with the tempering temperature increases, the obvious phenomenon of the merger of adjacent lath martensite, resulting in decreased hardness of the steel surface.
