进入21世纪以来,在“减少温室气体排放”“、确保国家能源安全”“、应对原油价格持续升高”等一系列因素的驱使下,许多国家加快了发展生物燃料产业的速度。与此同时,由生物燃料生产规模的扩大所带来的一些问题———诸如“粮食安全受威胁”等逐渐暴露出来。本文通过从发展生物燃料产业的动因、生物燃料产业的发展现状、目标以及生物燃料产业带来的一些问题等几方面深入分析,充分认识生物燃料产业。最后,对我国政府理性对待生物燃料产业提出政策建议。
Since the beginning of the 21st century, driven by a series of factors such as “reducing greenhouse gas emissions”, ensuring national energy security and coping with rising crude oil prices, many countries have accelerated the development of the biofuel industry speed. At the same time, some problems brought about by the expansion of the scale of production of biofuels - such as the “threat to food security” - are gradually exposed. In this paper, we fully understand the biofuels industry through in-depth analysis of the motivation for the development of the biofuels industry, the current development status of the biofuels industry, the targets and some problems brought by the biofuels industry. Finally, we put forward policy suggestions to our government to rationally treat the biofuels industry.
