随着国际国内经济形势的紧张,就业压力增大,深受追捧的职场招聘类节目应运而生。本研究以中外时下流行的两个招聘类节目为研究对象,借助Halliday的功能语法关于人际功能以及情态的相关理论,以自建的两个节目的字幕语料库为数据来源,经过对两个节目中参与者话语的分析,发现两国求职者在同样需求与被需求的求职环境下,国外求职者较国内求职者更多地注重个人意愿的表达,尤其是对于责任和义务的重视,显得比较自信。在此基础上,作者就所发现问题向国内求职者提出改进建议。
With the tightening of the international and domestic economic situation, employment pressure has increased, so-called workplace recruitment programs have emerged.
