21世纪,首个猴年盛夏,祖国浙闽大地、常被副热带高气压稳定控制,高温酷暑、持续日久,闷热难耐。8月3日,“人间天堂”杭州,气温高达38摄氏度;避暑胜地,武夷山下,时近中午,民航机场上,跑道地表温度骤升,突破了50摄氏度。恰在这时,一架机尾标有一只白鹭的航徽、客座近140个的波音737型喷气式客机,载运着中外旅客稳稳下滑,轻盈、娇健而降。经上、下客后,又载客腾空而起,呼啸着直刺蓝天,飞向云端、远方。谁能想到,轻驾这架“银鹰”的竟然是一位已是“知天命之年”的女飞行员。51岁半的回族女飞行员底建秀,是中国厦门航空公司波音737飞机的女机长兼飞行教员。据资料显示,新中国民航女飞行员原来大多来自人民空军。自1951年空军招收、培训首批女飞行员起,迄今53年来,有七批,共培训出毕业的女飞行员343名,而这些蓝天巾帼中,最后能飞上喷气式运输机的更是凤毛麟角。到上世纪七+年代末,仅有我国第二批女飞行员中的汪云、韩淑琴、苗晓红及后起之秀底建秀四人先后当上了喷气式飞机三叉戟型机的驾驶员。迄今,在祖国大陆航空公司中,民航喷气式飞机女驾驶员目前在飞的有底建秀、洪连珍、李燕生、刘佳丽、汪颖等人,总共不到10名,都可谓是蓝天女杰。而底建秀是我国第一位波音喷气式机系列的女驾驶员,首位波音737型飞机的女机长兼飞行教员。她早就是能飞4种气象条件下的“全天候”飞行员。迄今,她已与蓝天结伴34年,飞过中、美、英、苏制造的共7种机型,安全飞行已高达16000多小时,又创全国女飞行员之最。

According to statistics, most of the original CAF pilots came from People’s Air Force. Since the Air Force recruit and train the first batch of female pilots in 1951, so far in the past 53 years, there have been seven batches of 343 female pilots who graduated from the program. These are the last ones that can fly on a jet plane. By the end of the 1970s and the end of the 1970s, only the second batch of female pilots in China, namely Wang Yun, Han Shuqin, Miao Xiao Hong and the late-rising star Ji Jianxiu, were the pilots of the jet-type Trident aircraft. So far, among mainland Chinese airlines, less than 10 are female pilots of civil aviation jets currently flying at the end of the show, Honglian Zhen, Li Yansheng, Liu Jiali and Wang Ying, all of whom can be described as the blue sky. At the end of Jianxiu is the first female driver of Boeing jet series in China, the first captain and flight instructor of Boeing 737 aircraft. She has long been able to fly four kinds of weather conditions “all-weather ” pilot. So far, she has been together with blue sky for 34 years and flew over seven kinds of models manufactured by China, the United States, Britain and the Soviet Union. The safe flight has reached as high as 16,000 hours and the highest among all female pilots in the country.
