患者,女,28岁。拨牙后张口困难,咀嚼、吞咽疼痛伴下唇麻木半月余。半月前因右下智齿龋病,到某医院就诊,在右下颌传导麻醉下,顺利拔除龋齿。术后感觉良好,未服消炎止痛药。9天后,患者右耳颞部有针刺状痛伴右下唇麻木,到另一家医院就诊。经检查创口无异常,无探痛,右半下唇麻木,给予维生素类药物治疗。2天后,因张口受限,咀嚼、吞咽疼痛复诊。检查:右面颊肿胀,右下颌处、耳前及耳后区触痛。
Patient, female, 28 years old. After opening the teeth, it is difficult to open the mouth, chewing and swallowing pain with half an numbness in the lower lip. Half a month ago, due to the right lower jaw dental caries, to a hospital, under the right mandibular conduction anesthesia, the removal of caries successfully. Feeling good after surgery, not taking anti-inflammatory painkillers. After 9 days, the patient had acupuncture pain in the right ear and numbness in the right lower lip and went to another hospital. After examination, there was no abnormal wound, no pain, and numbness in the right half of the lower lip, and vitamin drugs were given. Two days later, due to restricted mouth opening, chewing and swallowing pains were reviewed. Check: swelling of the right cheek, tenderness at the right lower jaw, anterior ear, and posterior ear.
