大豆原产我国,早已推向世界各国,对改善各国人民膳食结构作用很大;1990年国家已正式在北京宣布确定9月15日为首届“中国豆腐文化节”,可见其意义重大。种田塍豆是我国农村的一种传统种植习惯,目前在我省只有南城、南丰、萍乡等少数农村大面积种植,然而广大农田的田埂均尚未利用。按每亩农田的田埂占5%面积计算,全省田埂面积相当可观,若有70~80%的田埂能利用起来,每年可增收豆类数亿公斤,其效益是不言而喻的。本刊曾收到一些作者关于提倡大种田塍豆的文稿,今特发表黎庆汉同志的一篇报道,希望能引起我省广大农业工作者的重视,把这一传统的耕种方式继续发扬和推广开来,确实是一件利国利民的大好事。
