目的:为部分腓骨短肌腱转位修复下胫腓联合分离术提供解剖学基础。方法:30侧成人下肢标本,对腓骨短肌腱进行形态学观测。结果:在踝关节平面上1cm处,腓骨短肌腱上长(12.5±2.2)cm,下长(9.5±1.0)cm,腓骨前后径为(2.1±0.5)cm,胫骨前后径为(3.4±0.4)cm,胫、腓骨前缘之间距离为(2.8±0.4)cm,腓骨短肌腱距腓骨外缘(1.3±0.3)cm,胫骨内缘距离腓骨外缘(5.3±0.4)cm。结论:部分腓骨短肌腱转位修复下胫腓联合分离具有可行性。
OBJECTIVE: To provide anatomic basis for the partial tibiofibular syndesmotomy with transposition of partial fibular short tendons. Methods: Thirty adult adult lower extremity specimens were used to observe the morphology of short fibular tendon. RESULTS: At 1 cm in the ankle plane, the short tendon of the fibula was (12.5 ± 2.2) cm in length and 9.5 ± 1.0 cm in length, with an anteroposterior diameter of (2.1 ± 0.5) cm and an anteroposterior diameter of (3.4 ± 0.4) ) Cm. The distance between the tibia and the anterior fibula was (2.8 ± 0.4) cm. The fibular short tendon was (1.3 ± 0.3) cm from the fibula and the rim of the tibia was (5.3 ± 0.4) cm from the fibula. Conclusion: Partial fibular short tendon transposition of the tibiofibular syndesmosis separation feasibility.
