本文通过近10座烟囱的定向爆破试验和实践,提出了“确定以支座安全储备系数作为初始受压支座面的可靠性判据、预留第二受压支座面(人工预开导向孔)和切割受拉面纵向钢筋”的设计方案。分析了切口设计参数的合理性和影响烟囱倾倒方向的诸因素。文中介绍的装药系数和减少爆破切口周边单孔装药量,对烟囱等高耸构筑物的定向爆破具有一定的参考价值。
In this paper, through the directional blasting test and practice of nearly 10 chimneys, it is proposed to “determine the reliability criteria of the bearing safety reserve coefficient as the initial compression bearing surface and reserve the second pressure bearing surface (manual pre-opening guidance Hole) and cutting plan for longitudinal reinforcement by tensioned noodles. The rationality of the design parameters of the incision and the factors affecting the chimney dumping direction were analyzed. The charge coefficient introduced in the paper and the reduction of the volume of single-hole charge around the blasting incision have certain reference value for the directional blasting of high-rise buildings such as chimneys.
