小学数学教学反思就是教师自觉地把自己的课堂教学实践作为思考对象,对已经或正在发生的教学活动及这些教学活动背后的理论、假设进行审视和分析的过程,目的是使教学活动进入更优化状态,使学生得到更充分的发展,使教师成长得更快、更专业。反思不是单纯的事后行为,还包括事前和过程中的反思。小学教师怎样教数学,《国家数学课程标准》对数学教学内容、教学方式、教学评估教育价值观等多方面都提出新的要求。无疑每一位小学教师都要置身其中迎接这种挑战,
