中央关于教育工作的指示中提到“应该在教师和学生之间建立民主平等的关采”,这一指示结束了二千多年以来旧师生关采的残余,同时又为新的社会主义的师生关系指明了正确的方向。二千多年以来我国长期处在封建社会的状态中。鸦片战争以后,直到全国大陆解放为止,我国人民又过了百把年半封建半殖民地的生活。这些社会生产关系反映到教育上就是封建的和资产阶级性质的教育占了上风,反映在教师和学生关系上,就是封建的资产阶级的和法西斯的关系的出现。在长久的封建统治时期,统治阶级总是把教师和那种神秘莫测的自然界(天地)、无限权威的皇帝、宗法统治的家长并列,奉为庄严不可侵犯的偶象。教师不能和学生平起平坐,话也总是教师说了算。那时有的教师竟然成了暴君,拿超鞭子戒尺之类,百般凌
The central government’s instructions on education work mentioned that “the establishment of democratic equality between teachers and students should be established.” This directive ended the remnants of the old teacher-student relationship and the new socialism for over 2,000 years. The teacher-student relationship indicates the correct direction. For over 2,000 years, China has been in a state of feudal society for a long time. After the Opium War, until the liberation of the entire Chinese mainland, our people passed another hundred years of feudal and semi-colonial life. These social production relations reflected education as feudal and bourgeois education prevailed. It was reflected in the relationship between teachers and students. It was the emergence of feudal bourgeois and fascist relations. During the long period of feudal rule, the ruling class always regarded the teacher as the majestic and inviolable icon with the enigmatic nature (the heavens and the earth), the infinite authority of the emperor, and the parents of the patriarchal rule. Teachers can’t sit on equal footing with students, and teachers always have the final say. At that time, some teachers even became tyrants.
