通过室内调温饲养西施舌、观测水温及精、卵排放 ,根据K =H(T -t)有效积温公式 ,利用线性函数规律 ,探讨长乐沿海西施舌生殖腺发育生物学零度。结果表明 :西施舌性腺发育的生物学零度为 1 3℃ ,生殖腺发育有效积温为 6 6 5℃。
According to K = H (T -t) effective accumulated temperature formula, the function of linear function was used to study the developmental gonad developmental gonadal temperature in the coastal zone of Changle. The results showed that the biological zero degree of gonadal development in Xieshi ling was 13 ℃, and the effective accumulated temperature of gonad development was 6 6 5 ℃.
