On April 23, 1991, Comrade Deng Xiaoping wrote an inscription for the nation’s scientific and technological industry circles: “Developing high technology and realizing industrialization” greatly encouraged the nation’s scientific and technological industry. In order to commemorate the 5th anniversary of Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s important inscription, the China High-tech Industrialization Research Association will join hands with relevant governing units: China National Posts and Telecommunications Industry Corporation, Peking University Founder Group, Ministry of Metallurgical Industry Ministry of Iron and Steel Research, China Aviation Industry
